Multi-Pinger is a simplistic network scanner, designed to quickly scan large network ranges for active ports. It does not require ICMP pings or TCP/ACK responses prior to scanning, resulting in a much faster scan. Multi-pinger does require root access, as once it sends the initial query packets it waits for the response using libpcap.

Multi-Pinger should compile cleanly on BSD and Linux.
